RWAF to hold conference in Birmingham

Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund (RWAF) and Burgess Pet Care have been working together to deliver rabbit specific CPD for 15 years. The two organisations are offering a day packed full of health, welfare and behaviour. This ‘Essentials’ day is for every non clinical person that works with rabbits and a CPD certificate will be issued to each delegate. This will be held at Birmingham Conference and Events Centre, Birmingham on 1 June 2019.

3.00-4.00 Katie Frimston & Finn McCully Part 1 -The Effects of Indoor and Outdoor Environments on the Behaviour and Welfare of Domestic Rabbits. Part 2- skills how to encourage people to provide the best environment.
4.00-5.00 Guen Bradbury MRCVS What should you know about handling your rabbits?
5.00-6.00 Dr Jane Tyson Overview from RSPCA / Bristol University Housing research
