Pets at Home has announced the launch of a new in store service, Easy Repeat, a subscription service for essentials, allowing customers to receive regular orders of their pets’ favourite products.
The company stated that the new service combines staff expertise with a customer proposition centered on delivering value and simplicity for customers.
Staff in stores are able to set up subscriptions which offer savings for customers, in three easy steps on handheld devices and the customers’ Pets Club details.
Customers will also be able to take out Easy Repeat subscriptions via the Pets at Home website and app.
