Feedem Pet Food Store scoops Pet Retailer of the Year award
It also supports many local rescue centres raising money to help rehome animals in the local area
Feedem in Guisborough has been awarded Pet Retailer of the Year at the nationally acclaimed Bestway Awards 2023 in recognition of its outstanding pet food store.
Feedem, a family-run business trading since 1994, is a UK-based supplier of pet food, goods and accessories.
In addition to the pet store, which sells a broad variety of pet supplies and food from companies such as Kong, Vitalin, Autarky, and many more, there is also an extensive online shop that gives shoppers a choice of how they choose to buy.
Meanwhile, all of the staff are “extensively trained” in pet and animal care and undertake continuous development to ensure they can help customers make the right choices.
According to Feedem, understanding the needs of its customers alongside knowledge of product benefits has been “the key to the store’s success”.
The store has access to 18,000 products which it can have delivered within 48 hours. It also supports many local rescue centres raising money to help rehome animals in the local area.
Bestway Wholesale, the UK’s independent pet, food and drink wholesaler announced the winners of The Bestway Awards 2023 at a ceremony hosted at London’s Marriott Hotel on Park Lane.
The awards celebrate “outstanding” achievements and business successes from independent retailers in the country.
