Omni announces partnership with Fressnapf
Omni sales have grown by over 70% since January 2023 and the business has also managed to double its customer retention rate
UK vegan dog food company Omni has announced a partnership with European pet food retailer Fressnapf.
Omni plant, yeast and algae protein dog food products will initially be available to Fressnapfs’ customer base online.
The products available on Fressnapf are Omni’s dry lifestage diets tailored for Puppy, Adult and Senior dogs along with functional treats such as Peaceful Dogs, Supported Joints and Sensitive Tummies.
Omni sales have grown by over 70% since January 2023 and the business has also managed to double its customer retention rate.
Dr Guy Sandelowsky, co-founder of Omni, said: “This launch is an important milestone for the entire alternative protein pet food movement as it clearly demonstrates the growing mainstream interest in Plant based and other alternative protein dog food.
“Retailers and consumers are finally waking up to the fact that plant-based pet food can be just as healthy if not healthier than traditional meat-based products with a fraction of the environmental impact of the meat industry.”
