Worldwise continues expansion with Pet Factory acquisition
It has now completed three successful transactions in the last four months, expanding its portfolio to include six complementary brands across several product categories
Worldwise, a pet supplies platform and a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity investment fund, has acquired Pet Factory, the pet chews, treats, toys, and accessory provider.
