Ancol Helps Cat Rescue Centre

Family-owned pet accessory company Ancol has donated a range of cat products to a cat rescue centre. Iris’s Cats In Need helps to look after and rehome hundreds of homeless cats and kittens across Stoke on Trent.
The rescue centre was started 30 years ago by Iris Wright after she started looking after homeless cats and kittens. Run from Iris’s home, the charity’s small team of volunteers work around the clock to care for around 1,000 stray or abandoned cats and kittens every year with the aim of finding them loving, responsible homes.
Ancol Sales Director Sarah Lane comments: ‘After hearing about the good work that Iris’s Cats In Need do, we were delighted to help by donating a selection of our Acticat furniture, toys, beds, brushes and collars’.
Volunteer Laura Hadley said: ‘Thank you so much to Ancol for their kind generosity. We really appreciate you donating the various cat products, which we know will be loved by the many cats and kittens we look after’.
