A senior employee for Group55 has been awarded with a regional industry award for their business contribution.
Kate Horton, the pet care manufacturer’s product development and process manager, has been named as one of Lanacshire’s most inspiring young people in business at Lancashire Business View’s Sub36 2020 Awards.
In the past four years, Horton has led the redevelopment of Group55’s award-winning animology range as well as formulating a number of successful private label products for other pet care brands.
Horton said: “It was an honour to be nominated for the Made in Lancashire award by my colleagues and I’m over the moon to have won.
“Working at Group55 has given me the opportunity to help shape the direction of the business, whilst still being able to do what I love most – creating exciting new products for some amazing brands.”
