PetSafe launches health and wellness products ahead of winter

PetSafe Brand has announced the launch of three new products to keep pets “as healthy and happy as possible” ahead of the winter period. The new products include the PetSafe Streamside Ceramic Pet Fountain and PetSafe Automatic 2 Meal Pet Feeder, both from the business’ Water & Feed range, as well as the PetSafe Extreme Weather Aluminium Pet Door from its Pet Doors range. The PetSafe Streamside Ceramic Pet Fountain holds up to 1.8 l of fresh, recirculating water. The ceramic fountain makes it suitable for cats and small dogs, according to Petsafe. The brand added that the product has a “whisper-quiet flow”, making it “easily approachable for timid pets”. The fountain also has a pump and replaceable charcoal and foam filters, as well as a compact shape. It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe, making it a “hygienic way for owners to keep their pet hydrated and healthy”. PetSafe Automatic 2 Meal Pet Feeder is a “handy feeder” that lets owners feed their pets at any time, whether they are home or away. The removable BPA-free tray has two compartments, and each holds up to 355 ml of dry kibble. To schedule pet’s meals, owners can turn the dial timers up to 24 hours ahead of time, in 30-minute increments. The tamper-resistant design keeps pets from opening the feeder ahead of mealtime and its tip-proof base hides a secure battery compartment. It is reportedly easy to clean and has a removable dishwasher-safe tray. In addition, the PetSafe Extreme Weather Aluminium Pet Door is the latest product in Petsafe pet doors range, and is suitable for pets weighing up to 100 kg. It has an adjustable three-flap system with a magnetic seal to keep the weather outside. For added protection, the centre flap is fully insulated. To control their pet’s outside access and keep stray animals out of their home, owners can use the slide-in closing panel. Its durable metal frame has reinforced aluminium corners and is designed to handle active and multi-pet households. It can be fitted into panelled, wood, PVC and metal doors 3.75-5 cm thick.
