Interpet launches free diagnostic tool to help aquarium owners at home
Interpet has officially launched a free diagnostic tool for aquarium owners abiding by movement restrictions during the current Covid-19 crisis so they can identify and solve aquarium or fish problems.
The aquatics brand’s tool has been designed to help users diagnose common fish and fish tank problems with ease in their own homes, reducing non-essential trips.
Adrian Exell, development and marketing manager at Interpet, said: “While many pet and aquatic stores may be closed some are open for mail order and click and collect essential items, such as food and medication. However, we appreciate aquarium owners might not want to, or be able to, go out.
“If they have an issue with their aquarium or fish, they can use our free online ‘Diagnose What’s Wrong’ tool to help them resolve any urgent problems. If they then need any products, many local stores will deliver or have an online shopping option.”
He added: “We want people to remain and stay safely at home during this time, so feel tools like these are invaluable. Plus, they are also essential in our on-going support of the retailers that sell and stock our products.
“They can recommend the tool to their customers and this will help them free up their time to keep up with demand for goods and advice online and in-store.”
Interpet is an indoor aquatics brand with more than 65 years of experience in fish keeping.
