Participating retailers can align their business with World Mental Health Day, promoting products that support healthy lifestyles for both pets and owners.
Dr. Scott Miller, a well-known UK veterinary surgeon and broadcaster, has chosen to work with Non-stop dogwear to share his personal experience with depression and how being active with his dog “became a lifeline during difficult times”.
The brand’s products are now available in over 1,300 stores across 27 countries.
Tonje Wahl Evensen, CEO, Non-stop Dogwear said: “A recent UK study revealed that 82% of dog owners found that walking with their dogs significantly improved their mental well-being.
“Our goal is to raise awareness about the powerful benefits of staying active with dogs – whether it’s reducing stress and anxiety or helping to alleviate symptoms of depression. The bond we share with our dogs, combined with regular activity, can truly transform our physical and mental health.”
