Karnlea launches whole goat milk powder
A fourth flavour has also been added to the Karnlea’s Bone Broth range. Fish Bone Broth is slow-cooked and made from sustainably caught white fish
Karnlea has launched a whole goat milk powder joining pumpkin and slippery elm and marshmallow root powders as part of the new Karnlea Complimentary range.
These can be added to any Karnlea Bone Broth variety, primary food, or administered separately to address specific health issues in dogs and cats.
It provides a nutritional boost, can help settle stomachs and provide extra hydration.
Pumpkin powder comes in tubs of 100g and 200g (trade only), slippery elm and marshmallow root, 100g and Whole Goat Milk Powder, 200g.
A fourth flavour has also been added to the Karnlea’s Bone Broth range. Fish Bone Broth is slow-cooked and made from sustainably caught white fish.
Lara McCullough, founder, said: “We felt that fish was a welcome addition to our Bone Broth range. Marine collagen is different from that extracted from meat bones. It has smaller particles and can be absorbed quicker. It is a light protein with hypoallergenic qualities, so suitable for dogs and cats with skin and coat issues, and delicate digestive systems.
“Alongside this, we have introduced the Karnlea Complimentary range because we appreciate that many pet owners are trying to address specific health issues that may be age or breed specific. These supplements can be used independently, mixed with our bone broth or added to main meals.”
She added: “Rather than introduce endless variants of bone broth with added supplements, we want to give customers the chance to make an active choice to use the most appropriate ingredient at any given time or for a specific pet.”
