Eden Holistic Pet Foods receives digital business award

Eden Holistic Pet Foods has received the Digital Transformation of the Year Award at the Staffordshire Business Awards.
Out of 300 entries, the pet food company was shortlisted and made it to the finals.
The group’s technology team has transformed the warehouse into a paperless environment with its bespoke WMS system which they were able to demonstrate to the awards sponsors Synectics Solutions
To commemorate this occasion, Eden received a plate crafted by Duchess China 1888.
According to Eden, with the new system in place, orders are now directed straight into the warehouse, “optimising” picking time and significantly “reducing” packing errors.
Additionally, CTO Gary Tracey has worked closely with the company’s trade team resulting in the development of an “efficient” CRM system.
Eden said: “We are excited to say that it’s live and functional, with endless possibilities for further enhancements. It’s an incredible honour to be recognised for our efforts and innovation.
