Petplan launches ad campaign featuring customers and vets
Pet insurance provider, Petplan, has launched the latest phase of its advertising series featuring customers, vets and their pet stories.
Currently on air, the TV adverts filmed at The Veterinary Hospital in Hungerford, focus on the relationships shared between pets and their owners. As well as highlighting the crucial role veterinary practices play, the adverts demonstrate the importance of having Petplan insurance.
One of the stories include eight year old Irish Terrier, Murphy and his owner Sean. Since Murphy was diagnosed with a congenital lung condition at only nine months old, Petplan’s Cover For Life policy has ensured that Murphy can continue receiving the ongoing treatment he requires.
James Barnes, head of sales and partnerships at Petplan, said: “Six months after we first launched our new brand campaign, we are excited to give our customers another opportunity to do the talking and share their stories which really highlight the breadth of cover Petplan provides. The latest series of heartwarming adverts again showcase the valuable role veterinary practices play in times of need, and demonstrate Petplan’s role in helping keep the nations pets healthy.
“Petplan is the UK’s most recognised pet insurer and we continue to invest in building our brand which in turn helps all of our valued veterinary partners.”
To support the new series of adverts, Petplan is encouraging veterinary staff and pet owners alike to share their own #PethoodStories @PetplanUK on social media.
