Pet food company Arden Grange has gifted over 40,000 dog and cat meals to twenty-five independent animal rescue centres in the UK in its annual charity giveaway.

In August, the brand asked its followers on Instagram and Facebook to nominate their favourite independent animal charities for entry into a prize draw.

The group received over 2200 nominations with the winners selected at random and were given a generous bundle of Arden Grange dog or cat food.

Some of the winners included Greenacres Rescue in Haverfordwest, Holbrook Animal Rescue in Horsham, Friends Of Animals Wales in Pontyclun, The Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home in Cambridge and Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary in Bristol.
