Rogz expands UK presence with new warehouse

South African pet accessories brand Rogz, has confirmed that it will be expanding its presence in the UK through operating out of a new warehouse.
Having been present in the UK for almost 20 years, the change, which was always on the cards, was brought forward, mainly due to Brexit. The group claimed that since January 2021, importing into the UK has been more “complicated and onerous” than expected.
The move will aim to streamline the company’s UK operations and ensure stock will be available and delivered “quickly and competitively” to the UK pet market.
John Henshilwood, head of Rogz sales in Europe, said: “We are very excited with this new chapter in our UK business evolution. This effectively means our service levels in the UK will be vastly improved. Our customers will now have quick and easy access to our high quality range of pet accessories at new and competitive pricing.
“We have always known that our products were of the highest quality and had a loyal following but with a somewhat inconsistent supply chain and high price points proved to be prohibitive when trying to gain any real sales traction.”
He added: “Now we are effectively re-launching into the market as Rogz UK with stock of all our best selling lines ready to supply we are really excited about the opportunity.”
