Paws Group acquires Bob & Lush

The group’s stable of brands includes Paws, Fetch, Pet-supermarket, MedicAnimal, Canine Choice, Feline Choice and PetMeds

Paws Group, one of Europe’s leading pet wellbeing groups, has acquired Bob and Lush Ltd, a UK-based super-premium dog food brand.

According to the group, the acquisition adds a new, super-premium customer segment to its existing stable of brands, which include Paws, Fetch, Pet-supermarket, MedicAnimal, Canine Choice, Feline Choice and PetMeds. 

Terms of the transaction remain confidential.
