Barking Heads partners with Standon Calling

Barking Heads, an all-natural, ethical dog food brand, has announced an exclusive partnership with what is reportedly the UK’s “most dog-friendly” music festival, Standon Calling.
The partnership marks the first time the Hertfordshire-based music festival and Barking Heads have partnered to deliver a “completely new experience for festival goers and their four-legged friends”.
Standon Calling takes place between 22-25 July at Standon Lordship. The music festival, which began in 2005, has since welcomed “thousands” of dogs and their owners.
This year’s line-up includes Bastille, Primal Scream, Craig David’s TS5, Sister Sledge, De La Soul and Ella Eyre. Families are catered for with a range of activities and performances catering to babies, children and teens, and Barking Heads will facilitate a “doggy-dedicated” walking area.
Barking Heads will provide water stations for dogs as well as waste bins. Barking Heads festival food will also be available to purchase from the exclusive on-site food stall.
Barking Heads Marketing and Digital director, Julia Anderton said: “Here at Barking Mad Mansions, we’re pretty bonkers about our pups. So, understandably we’re really excited to be sponsoring Standon Calling, the UK’s leading dog friendly festival.
“Our four-legged friends are part of the family and shouldn’t miss out on summertime fun! Bring your pooches along to this year’s event, as we’ll have plenty to keep them as entertained as you. As well as our stand and designated doggy area, there will be a special guest appearance from our ambassador and TV vet Dr Scott Miller.”
Barking Heads ambassador and TV vet, Dr Scott Miller, will also be special guest at Standon Calling on the Sunday, where he is set to be guest judge at the festival’s famous dog show.
