Agria voted the UK’s ‘most trusted’ pet insurer

Agria Pet Insurance has been named the UK’s ‘Most Trust Pet Insurance Provider’ in Fairer Finance’s Spring 2021 ratings.

Fairer Finance is a market research and ratings agency which assists consumers in making informed choices and promotes healthy competition between financial service companies.

As well as being highly trusted by consumers, Agria was voted the best for customer happiness.

James Daley, the managing director of Fairer Finance, said: “The pet insurance market has grown rapidly over the last year as more people have brought pets into their home for the first time. It’s easy in times of rapid growth to fall short on customer service, but Agria is clearly getting the balance right.

“We poll 10,000 banking and insurance customers every six months, and it’s an impressive
