A new dog bed company, which makes its products from regenerated plastic waste, is set to launch in the UK on 10 May.

The new brand, Settle, said that it “caters for a new generation of dog owners who place value in their interior and eco choices”.

The products will be available in three sizes in four different designs – including Monochrome, Terrazzo, Abstract and Dalmatian.

Prices start at £124 and the beds are designed and ethically made by hand in the UK. The  covers are made from 78% recycled material, including plastic bottles.

For the printing process, Settle said it uses “one of the most sustainable processes possible in fabric printing” – digital sublimation.

Settle said: “Never again will your beloved pet’s snooze spot be forced into the corner of a room or hidden away in a utility. Instead, Settle has reclaimed the dog bed as an interior furnishing, designed to be chosen with the same intention that we select a new rug or mirror to personalise our homes.

“Settle is on a mission to shake up this stagnant industry and change perceptions of what a dog bed can be.”
