Vet’s Kitchen Pack Hero announced

Vet’s Kitchen Pack Hero has been announced as Ozzie, a nine year old Golden Retriever cross Poodle.
He was selected as top dog following an exciting judging day with the other 11 finalists.
Jenny Philp, managing director and practising vet at Vet’s Kitchen said: “Ozzie is the perfect dog to become our latest brand ambassador. He is a great example of how feeding your pet the right food can have a huge impact on their health and wellbeing. As a loveable, loyal consumer of our food, he’s perfectly placed to encourage other pet owners to learn how good nutrition can help their pets.”
Ozzie belongs to couple, Gareth and Georgette, who fell in love with him after visiting Rochdale Dog Rescue in search for an older dog who would get on with their cats.
Georgette comments: “We couldn’t be more proud of Ozzie winning the brand ambassador prize. Ozzie is a huge part of our lives, we go running together four times a week and he spends the rest of his time on the farm. It’s hard to keep up with his strength and stamina! Since we put him on Vet’s Kitchen meals five years ago, his coat has improved by about 90 percent and we’ve been able to maintain his weight without any issues.”
Gareth adds: “It will be amazing to see Ozzie’s face featured on Vet’s Kitchen products in stores up and down the country and I know Ozzie will be looking forward to personally taste testing the new Duck and Lentil dry dog food.”
