Freshpet appoints new European senior marketing manager
US chilled pet food brand, Freshpet, has announced plans to strengthen its UK leadership team. The company has appointed Hannah Edwards as senior marketing manager.
Freshpet was founded nine years ago in the US to bring chilled, fresh, batch cooked pet food to dogs and cats. Hannah will lead its European marketing strategy and support continued business development and growth, following its launch into Tesco
Hannah joins from Hoover Candy, where she spent over two years in a senior marketing rolemanaging the floorcare division’s ‘above the line’ and ‘below the line’ marketing activities covering all product segments from NPD to lifecycle management.
The position of European senior marketing manager at Freshpet is newly created, reporting into European CEO and founder Cathal Walsh and US Vice President of Marketing, John Speranza. Hannah will oversee UK and European Marketing, with a brief to deliver creative marketing campaigns that drive awareness and conversion for the already established US brand.
