Pet retailer ‘highly commended’ for customer service
Family owned retailer Pets Corner has been ‘highly commended’ for its customer service. The company was nominated for the KPMG Customer Focus award category at the 2016 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards.
The award ceremony and gala dinner were held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. The award recognises those constantly striving to exceed customer expectations by providing industry leading standards of service and innovative customer care.

Over 1200 business leaders, entrepreneurs, politicians and media representatives gathered at the Grosvenor House Hotel for the 15th annual National Business Awards. Together they celebrated the ‘Best of British Ambition’. The Awards were presented by BBC Breakfast’s Louise Minchin and welcomed Lord Hague as the headline speaker.
